Sorry for the late response! I haven’t had much wifi since I’ve been here. First off, Iceland is absolutely incredible and I would highly suggest anyone, of any age, to travel here. It’s one of the safest countries in the world and the locals are so welcoming! One thing that saved our butts was getting a rental car! It was about $600 USD but completely worth it in the long run, because we basically did every tour that they offer for around $200/per person, ourselves.. and got to do it all on our own time and could stop along the way and explore. Some things that are a must-see are The Golden Circle, Selfoss, Selgafoss, Vík and the Blue Lagoon. In my opinion, anything here is a dream in itself so if you don’t get to see all of the landmarks, just being here is a great accomplishment. Also, if you’re traveling alone or with a companion, I highly suggest staying in ‘Loft’ hostel if you’re looking for a nice, affordable place to stay while you’re here! It’s smack dab in the middle of Reykjavik and super helpful in getting you around to where you need to go. Anyway, hope this helped a little! Cheers my friend and safe travels!
